Look who just turned TWO…us Brutus & Tytus…we are also celebrating our FIRST Anniversary as Registered Delta Pet Partners. Mom made up a celebration video: composed from photo’s taken while we were on our Therapy Visits at Kolob Care & Rehabilitation and Cliff View Senior Living Center. The portion that is video footage is from the Birthday Party we had at Cliff View; we had to lie down in front of four yummy muffins while mom lite the candles and everyone sang, ‘Happy Birthday’, to us.
Ricky, does this count as a challenge? We stayed in a down/leave it command for over 5 minutes, before we were able to gobble down our yummy muffin.
Here is the video -- Enjoy and Celebrate with us:
(Mom wants to say sorry for the blurry footage in advance, she doesn’t quit know why it came out blurry.)
That was so sweet! I love how everyone wore the birthday hats and celebrated along with you too.
ReplyDeleteAnd you two were very patient during the candle lighting!
Happy, Happy Birthday & Happy Anniversary too!
I'm sure the party made everyone's day at Cliff View.
Happy 2nd Birthday you two!!! What an awesome party!
ReplyDeleteYes, a 5 minute down stay/leave it certainly counts as a training challenge!!!!
5 minutes is a long time!
ReplyDeleteHappy birthday guys!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! that is such an awesome birthday--2 years old seems like such a special one!!! CONGRATS also on the year anniversary. I am soooo impressed with the patience and the waiting for the birthday treat, but I am concerned....is it LEGAL to make someone have to wait and show such self controll for the birthday treat? Just kidding! LOL. --Kathy
ReplyDeleteThank you for all of the birthday wishes.
ReplyDeleteKathy -- we where wondering the same thing if it was LEGAL :) -- we are always having to work for food. Couldn't we have a break on our Birthday? WOL (Woof out Loud)
Sara, Oreo & Misty -- You wouldn't believe how much fun and excitement all of our guest had. Each and everyone was smiling and laughing, which made us feel so good.
I'm a little late...but HAPPY BIRTHDAY you guys! WOW! That was a LONG TIME to wait, and on your birthday too! You can get revenge..on your MOM's Birthday you can make HER wait for her cake!! LOL
ReplyDeleteHAPPY BIRTHDAY!
ReplyDeleteI hope you had a wonderful day, and that cake looks yummo!
It was a long time until your mummy gave you that cake... but like Dawn said, you can make HER wait on her birthday! hehehe...
Thanks for stopping by my blog, I really appreciate it :)
I love your blog too, so I'm now following.
On my 2nd birthday, I was lucky enough to be on my very first holiday! We went to some relatives farm, and they have 80acres for me to run and play in! I also got to go to the beach which I ADORED!
You can read about it here - http://curiouscavortingcavoodle-miley.blogspot.com/2010/04/home-from-holidays.html
Cuddles and licks,
Love Miley xxx
You know, 5 minutes in dog time is like... a long time. ;P
ReplyDeleteI guess you must just be happy you got a cake, I didn't get one on MY birthday!!!
Wow! A huge accomplishment! You must get the reward for the shelties with the most self control! Most of our sheltie friends are huge food hounds, so this would be a big challenge!
