Well first of all we shouldn't complain
for we did get to
GO!
But see the picture up in the upper left hand corner?
That is what we
did
all week long
while
THEY
Went out on the town!
San Francisco Style
Pier 39 one day
Alcatraz Tour the Next
and
to top it off
on
Sunday
Went to the football game to see Oakland Raiders vs. Miami Dolphins.
Dolphins Won!
-- Brutus and Tytus
P.S. We really did have fun going with rather than staying home and being baby sat
(and you all know we are the baby sitters not baby settee's)
:)
And, when they returned we made them feel guilty and we got some
GOODIES!
to make us feel better.
for we did get to
GO!

Tricky t-day -- We Got Mail
We finally took
the
TIME
to work on our
Tricky t-day!
Mom
thought sense we have enrolled in a couple of
fun blogging
groups like
Holiday Card Exchange
and
Christmas Gift Exchange
it would
be
FUN
to have us carry our own
Mail!
So, off to the mail box we went
OFF LEASH
and all.
This is fun!
We even had some
that looked like
Christmas
Cards!
Mom
Wait for Brutus
I got it!
I can do it!
I told you I could get it.
Truth be told though
this was our first time
carrying
the
Mail!
But, we actually used our
NEWSPAPER
skill
for this trick.
Now, we can't wait to go to the
MAIL BOX
in the next few weeks
to see if
WE
GOT MAIL!

Baby Sitting
Boy oh Boy,
we have been
Baby Sitting
for the last four days.
The first day
What on earth are these?
No, not bunnies.
Maybe kittens, no.
Mom, says they are puppies
and we have to be
SUPER CAREFUL.
OK, if these are puppies what are we suppose to do with these guys?
They're not any bigger than our heads.
In fact
Our bunnies are bigger!
Our duties were to keep an eye on them.
Brutus you watch the little one over there!
And, I will watch this one over here!
Meet Little Miss
she is the one Brutus is watching.
and
the little boy puppy
with no name, yet.
He is the one I am watching.
BUNNIES?
maybe the energizer bunnies
because
they never stop!
Tytus, I have a plan
you take first watch
while I catch a couple minutes
of
shut eye.
Brutus it's your turn to
WATCH!
Mom
Please
let us bring them in for a
NAP!
Shhhhhh
The babies are almost asleep.
REALLY
Don't Make A Sound
PLEASE
We want them to sleep as long as possible.
Aren't they so
CUTE!
Sleeping
Do You Want To
Play
With Me?
Brutus is on watch again,
I'm going to
lounge up here
for awhile.
So, that little miss can't get my feet.
I was busted
Little Miss
your not so
bad.
We have done
our best
Baby Sitting.
and
Quit proud of the things we
have
learned
and
TAUGHT!
Did you know that it is
custom
for a
Baby Sitter
to teach
the little one's
something
Good or Bad!
We really did have fun these last four days.
Getting to know these little guys.
So, we hope that the lesson we
TAUGHT
won't make this
our
First and Last
Baby Sitting Job!

Christmas Cheer on the way...HOHOHO
In the past couple of weeks: Mom has been playing and visiting new WOOFING BLOGS and came across Jazzi's Blog; which has a fantastic idea of getting to know other furry friends and their peeps.
MOM has us signed up for the
CHRISTMAS GIFT EXCHANGE
And, have already acquired several new furry friends for us to get to know. Here are a couple we would like to introduce you too.
These gals are two very Beautiful Golden Retrievers
that are going to send us a
"CHRISTMAS SURPRISE"
We can't wait!
So, far we have learned they have a little sis that is named Ozzie. She looks like the 'purr-fect' little sis any dog could have.
Sammie and Avalon also have a lot of things in common with us -- one is
SWIMMING!
Cleo |
Winston |
Aimee |
What we have learned about these,
so far is they have a mom (Sherri) that loves them as much as ours
Love us!
We are going to find the perfect
"CHRISTMAS SURPRISE"
for them.

If it wasn't attached we think she would lose it, too!
Well once again, Mom has misplaced something this time its the video camera. Seriously Mom, we think you would lose your head if it wasn't attached to your shoulders. How are we suppose to show everyone what we have been doing?
Well needless to say, no video to prove how we have been progressing with our Fly-Ball homework. The last couple of weeks we have been going to Fly-Ball practice right after our visits at Cliff View. We are beginning to think Tuesday's are our favorite day of the week -- TREAT TUESDAYS we have to call it.
One of our homework assignments (that we wish we could show you) -- Mom got this stick that has a ball at the end and we had to learn that every time we touched the ball with our nose we got a CLICK then a TREAT. All, Mom did at first was hold out this stick/ball thing...and maybe at the worst it took us a whole 30 seconds to figure out -- NOSE to BALL equaled CLICK and TREAT. So, lame. Then she started moving it, oh please MOM, can't you give us something harder than that. This has been going on for a week now. We so get it, that when she picks up the stick/ball thing we already know whats coming...TREATS!
Today at practice we got to see what else goes along with this stick/ball thing. Mom used it to make us jump over a jump and turn and jump back, chasing this stick/ball thing...and the faster we went the more TREATS we got. This is getting tuffer we really have to work to get our treat, but we are loving it.
Well I, Tytus, was then introduced to this box thing. I had to jump over the jump land on this box and turn and jump back over the jump, before I got the CLICK and TREAT. I did this a few times and then made the biggest mistake lost my focus and jumped the jump onto the box, but instead of turning and jumping back I took off after a team mate that I so look up to. He is the fasted dog on the team, I just thought I needed to go ask him if he had to do all these lame exercises. He told me yes, and then before I new it I was in my crate. Mom said, "no focus no play"...thanks Diane at 4 Dog Craziness :) WOL...for giving Mom the idea NO STAY NO PLAY. (HeHeHe...her saying doesn't rhyme like yours)
Then it was, Brutus's turn...same exercises and introduction for him. But he didn't screw up like I did.
Now our new homework is to continue with the stick/ball thing, but adding lift to the ball so that we have to jump forward to touch it. Oh, Oh, Oh, that fast dog I was telling you about, did a demo of what this stick/ball thing is going to develop into...its so cool...his owner points at a wall, he then runs, jumps and turns on the wall, and comes back to play tugg...I can't wait until I know how to do that game. I guess I had better stay focused. And, we will help mom find the video camera so you can see how much fun we are having.
Thanks
Tytus

I Want To Go Swimming....NOW!!!
Mom, couldn't help it. She is going to tell on me -- Brutus.
But, here is my side of the story first -- I am so frustrated that the weather is getting cooler, the swimming pool pump is broke and MOM has been everywhere (mentally and physically). I have just had it! and needed to get my frustrations out.
Mom -- Like Brutus said I have been everywhere both mentally and physically, needless to say having to leave the boys home, or at my daughters with Fonz and even riding home with dad leaving me behind. I wish I had a camera when they were pulling out of the driveway this weekend, leaving me behind their faces were priceless.
Well, Brutus defiantly nows how to get my attention. The toy fish in the video is their swimming toy, which he brought in from outside and dropped it at my feet then proceeded to tell me how it was going to be. LOL :)
**Warning don't have your volume up super loud for he is going to be chewing me out, but you do want to hear him.

Our Training Challenge + a Trick
Mom started to use this basket as something for us to go around while working on our following technique, but Tytus ended up having a fun idea and it turned into a new trick.
We ended up compiling a couple of things into this: learning a new trick, practicing our patients challenge -- which we are still working very hard at. Sometimes we do wonderful and others times we forget and just want to join in the fun.
We even ended up taking the basket along with us on our visit to Cliff View Senior Living and tried it in front of our fans. We need more practice before we try that again in front of them -- although we did get a few smiles and that is what we are there to do.
